Delete account
When you delete your account, we immediately remove your account, all synced habits, entries and notes, your cloud backups and all device connections from our servers. Technical backups of our hosting provider are overwritten after 30 days at the latest. Data on your devices stays until you delete it there.
This does not end a running subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or on Google Play.
In the app (immediately)
- Open HabitPocket › Settings › Account.
- Tap "Delete account" and export your data first if you like.
- Choose whether the data on the device stays or is deleted as well, and confirm.
Without the app (immediately)
Sign in with the Apple or Google account you use for HabitPocket and confirm the deletion.
By email
No longer have access to your Apple or Google account? Enter the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with. We confirm the deletion by email within 30 days.
